This wood-decked 1910 Bugatti Type 13 was an early effort of automotive genius and entrepreneur Ettore Bugatti. 1914 Panhard & Levassor Sport Commissioned for a director of P&L, this nautical-looking 'skiff' body was the work of Henri Labourdette.
