Gallery British Woodies
English shooting brakes and estate cars were vastly different before and after World War II. Early examples tended to be built for the aristocrat. Later models were usually in within the financial grasp of the commoner. Once synonymous with wood-paneled estate cars, the term 'shooting brake' now indicates the type of vehicle, but without regard for material of construction. British Woodies:
